Amazing crystals, amazing customer service❤️❤️❤️

I ordered a few crystals and a necklace from the funky pagan, and didn't open my package immediately when I did open it, about two weeks later I realised I had the wrong order, Emma site owner was mortified that this had happened in her 7 years of trading she has not have a mix up with an order, went above and beyond to make everything right and sent me out the crystals immediately, what is even more important is her crystals are responsibly sourced😁I have my eye on something in her shop so I will be definitely be ordering more very soon.
